Paneer Korma
Ingredients:
- 250 gms Paneer
- 3 Onion
- 4 Tomato
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Mewa
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 " long piece Ginger
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Preparation:
The paneer recipes generally require the paneer to be cut into square pieces. The green chilly, the onion and the ginger needs to be ground and the mewa should be grated . Then heat the ghee in a pan and add the ginger, tomato and onion paste to it. Cook in medium flame, until the oil starts separating. Add the crème and the mewa and cook in simmer flame. Add red chilli, salt, turmeric powder and the garam masala. As the gravy is prepared put off the flame. Remove it and serve hot.
Palak Paneer
Ingredients:
- 500gms Fresh Palak (Saag)
- Red chili powder to taste
- 5-6 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp pure ghee
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Garam masala to taste
- 100gms Paneer
- 2 Onions grated Ginger, Garlic paste
- Salt To Taste
Preparation:
The palak saag or the spinach needs to be cleaned evenly. Boil them and keep to be cooled down. Heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste and fry it for few moment. Add the onion and fry till it turns golden brown. Put the spices only leaving apart the red chilli powder. Add the palak and cook for 5 minutes. Take the paneer pieces and add it to the palak and cook till it is fully done. Then serve it hot with roti or rice. Before serving put little heated ghee in a pan and put the chilli powder, don’t let it burn and put the palak paneer on it instantly.
