The Chocolate chips cookies are one of the most favorite cookies around the world. Here is a simple recipe to it which is easy to make and offer you with a hearty treat.

Easy Chocolate chips cookies

Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1 cup of softened butter, 2 large beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, you can also add 1 cup of chopped pecans if desired.

Preparation: The oven should be preheated to 375 degrees. The sugar, the brown sugar, the vanilla, the egg and the butter should be mixed in a large bowl with hand. Then put flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt in it and stir well. As the dough will become stiff, put the chocolate chips and the pecans. Put the dough in rounded teaspoons and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they are light brown in color. Cool them and remove from the sheet and store them in a tight, dry container.
